NYC Landmark on Mercer
An 1870 historic NYC landmark building in SoHo, 165 Mercer was originally a cast iron story building. It was converted to a parking garage in the 1920s. In 2016, the Landmarks Preservation Commission approved the redesign and construction to a retail/office space.
Historical Windows of New York collaborated with the design and construction team to custom design and install the new windows and entry system to match historically accurate profiles in mahogany. The weight and chain wood hung magnum windows are manufactured by Parrett Windows.
